A dual input preamp with a stereo out, the A2 has a direct frequency response and 21dB of gain. The electronics are mounted in a very small box directly coupled with a high quality end pin jack for easy mounting. B-Band UST under saddle pickup specify narrow or wide and AST soundboard transducer both plug into the preamp and provide balanced tone together. Stereo out lets you separate and or mix the signals with your amp. UST channel has a unique contour filter for upper register tone enhancement. High frequency enhancer switch gives a mild boost to the highs or leaves the signal flat.Second channel will, if preferred, accept a soundhole condenser microphone or magnetic pickup as an alternative to the AST.
